WHAT IS THE SALES POLICY?
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
WHAT IS THE LATE POLICY?
If you are new to the studio and arrive late you will be unable to join class. All new clients are required to arrive 15 minutes early to be introduced to the machine. For all other clients, we will offer your spot to waitlisted clients as soon as class starts. Please arrive on time to avoid losing your spot. If you are running late please call the studio at 808-207-2270 to avoid your spot being given away or being locked out.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have a 10 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel without any fees or class loss 10 hours prior to the start time of your class. If it is within 10 hours you will be charged a $20 late fee and lose your class. If you NO SHOW your class, there will also be a $20 no show fee and you will lose your class.
*All unlimited class members will be charged $20 per late cancel/no show occurrence. No exceptions. Make sure to cancel early to share your Mega with others who can make it!
All classes must be canceled online using MindBody either from the Megaformer Kauai website or mobile app.

● Go to 'My Info'
● Click 'My Schedule'
● Click 'Cancel' next to class time
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a single class, class pack, or membership. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens prior to the 10 hour cancelation cutoff, you will be added to the class and receive an email and/or text confirmation. If you are still on the waitlist (prior to the 10 hour cancelation cutoff) and realize you no longer want a spot in class, please remove yourself from the waitlist, just like you would cancel a class, and the class credit will be returned to your account.
* You can be added to a class up until 30 minutes before class start time, so please be sure to cancel your waitlist request if you are no longer interested in attending. If you come off the waitlist within the 10 hour cancelation window, the regular cancelation policy applies.
HOW DO I CHECK IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?
To check your waitlist status, log in to your mind/body account and select My Schedule. If you are on the waitlist, you will see your waitlist position. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist or notify us and we’ll remove you.
WHAT IF I NEED TO PAUSE OR FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
We get it, life gets busy and occasionally we need to go off island. Clients can freeze their membership for one full month by contacting the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org. The membership freeze will go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle and will resume automatically the following month. Clients can freeze their membership one time a year.
WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS?
If you purchase the 8 and 12 Classes Per Month Memberships, classes will reset each month and do not carry over. A 3 and 8 month commitment is required for all memberships (depending on membership you choose). Memberships renew monthly via auto payment from date of purchase. Please provide a 30 days WRITTEN notice of cancellation. You may email us at email@example.com or go to the ‘Contact’ link on the bottom of the ‘Home’ page on our website. Monthly members will receive 10% off all retail (excluding sale items).
WHAT ARE THE EXPIRATION TERMS FOR CLASS PACKS?
All class packages have an expiration date. 5 Class Pack expires 3 months from purchase date. 10 Class Pack expires 6 months from purchase date.
