Policies
New Students MUST Arrive 15 Minutes Before Class
For the safety of all clients, first-time Lagree clients must arrive early.

If you do not arrive with adequate time for instruction, the instructor reserves the right to deny entry to class.

Grip Socks are required for safety and sold at the studio
Cancellation Policy
STRICT 10-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
​
We maintain a strict 10-hour cancellation policy to ensure waitlisted clients have adequate time to plan or adjust their schedules and attend class.
If you are moved from the waitlist within the 10-hour late cancellation window and cannot attend, a $20 late cancellation fee will be charged.

If you do not feel confident you can attend class on short notice, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the next client has the opportunity to join.
​
We value the time and effort of every single client and appreciate your cooperation and commitment to our studio community.
​
Late Cancels and No Shows will incur a $20 fee and a class deduction.
This policy applies to all memberships, class packs and drop ins.
